Aaron came to us 6 weeks ago with two goals, achieve lean physique with a 6 pack and add some muscle. With this in mind we broke it down into 2 phases. Phase one was lean him down to a point where he has a great 6 pack and then phase two was to reverse diet him into a stage where he can constantly add muscle. This is his results after his 6 week phase one, I think you’ll agree he definitely got the 6 pack he was looking for!
Heres what Aaron had to say about his time at VP,
- What did you find the hardest about training at VP?
The hardest thing I found was at the start, the first couple of weeks of dieting were tough. I found myself a bit hungry and restriction was hard but after a couple of weeks I adapted it just became part of everyday life and now I don’t even think about it.
2. What did you enjoy the most about training at VP?
Apart from the results of course, getting pushed to the max is something I found very enjoyable. Going to the gym on my own or training by myself I found very hard to push myself to the max but with Greg keeping me motivated throughout I really enjoyed leaving every session feeling like I’d worked to as hard as I could.
3. How strict were you with your diet?
I was quite strict with myself and the diet. I was using my fitness pal which helped so much as I could track everything I ate as sticking to a diet plan just doesn’t work with my lifestyle and Greg adapted everything for me which made it much easier.
4. If you could give one piece of advice what would it be?
The advice I would give is if your going to train, then train hard and diet properly and consistently. There is no point in giving it half your effort. Its only you that misses out on the results so give it everything you have. Trust me its worth it.
Aaron still isn’t done. He’s just finished leaning down now he’s going to start adding some more solid muscle over the next few months and we cant wait to see how his results come along. Watch this space to see how he gets on in the future.
