Our group programme uses structured training and tailored nutrition plans along with various other techniques to ensure you achieve your desired results in a way which is easy and enjoyable for you.
We understand that not everyone is the same and that everyone struggles in their own way with different aspects of training and nutrition and we try to help each client on an individual basis to help you train and eat in a way which is easy for you.
Our programme is aimed at people who wish to lose fat, gain muscle, gain strength, increase fitness and generally shape up and tone up.
The 6 week programme includes:
- 3 x Small group PT sessions a week
- Full nutrition guidance and plans throughout
- Training plans and programmes
- Full free access to our regular class timetable
- Weekly measurements and weigh-ins to track progress
- Before and after photos
We have 3 groups available for training:
- Early birds group (06:30 Mon, Wed, Fri).
- Afternoon group (12:00 Mon, Wed, Fri).
- Evening group (19:15 Mon, Wed, Thurs).
Our max group size is 6 which we find allows maximum time with you to ensure you get they attention you need to stick to the programme and ensure that your training and nutrition is on point to achieve the maximum results possible.
