Training at VP: Friendly atmosphere in a well equipped gym. Supportive / no judgemental environment whatever peoples goals were.
The Hardest Part: Getting organised and pre planning approved meals and hydration around all my other commitments. When something was not pre purchased measured and planned, it was easy to replace / swap out things and creep over the calorie count…. However, In general because I was organised I managed 85-90% accuracy. Prep is Key!
Training was not restrictive. On top of my 3 strength sessions a week, I mixed up some HIIT, running and cycling so did not get bored of being in the gym – generally looked forward to going.
No carbs high protein and no alcohol is hard… You’ve got to be committed but the programme works. (The first two weeks were low carb and it sucked but totally worth it).
Favourite part: The results in all ways. Strength up, fitness up, digestion improved. Weight down, fat down, muscle definition up!
